Watermelon Mojito
Ingredients
- 1 kg Watermelon
- 4 Lime
- 1 Cup Sugar
- Mint leaves Handful
- 2 Cans Plain Soda
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Cut watermelon, don't mind the seeds. We are going to strain the juice.
- Blend watermelon in a blender along with sugar and strain so that the seeds are removed.
- In the bottom of a tall glass muddle fresh mint leaves along with lime.
- Fill two thirds of the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour in watermelon juice and lime juice.
- Top with club soda to fill the glass.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint leaf and a wedge of watermelon
