Lamb Rib Chops
Ingredients
- 2 Kilogram Mutton Ribs
- 2 Tablespoon Yoghurt
- 2 Tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
- Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 2 Teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1/2 Cup Oil
Instructions
- Place Mutton chops in a large bowl. Add yoghurt, ginger garlic paste and salt.

- Add cumin powder, chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder. Mix well

- Finally add lemon juice and drizzle oil over the chops.

- Keep covered in refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
- Arrange in a baking pan and grill for 15 minutes at 300°C.

- Flip and grill for 15 more minutes or until the edges start charring.


- Enjoy with mint chutney or raita and Salad.
