Chocolate coated Strawberries

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Strawberries
  • ½ Cup Chocolate Melted

Topping Idea

  • 1 Teaspoon Almonds Coarsely ground
  • 1 Teapoon Pistachios Coarsely ground
  • 1 Teaspoon Oreo Coarsely powdered
  • 1 Teaspoon Dessicated coconut
  • ¼ Cup White chocolate melted

Instructions
 

  • Wash strawberries and dry them with a kitchen towel.
  • Melt chocolate in double boiler or microwave. You can use baking chocolate or chocolate chips.
  • Dip strawberries one by one in melted chocolate.
  • Coat chocolate strawberries in desired toppings.
  • Place on baking sheet and allow it to set.
  • Drizzle white chocolate as topping if desired.
