Instructions
Laddle dosa batter on a hot tava. Spread it to a round circle.
When the the top portion looks cooked, add butter, chopped vegetables, pav bhaji masala, sauces and salt
Spread evenly with a spatula or potato masher. Keep the flame low and cook.
You can cover and cook, if the dosa does not cook evenly.
Sprinkle mozarella cheese on top of it.
Either roll the dosa and cut or alternatively cut the dosa and then roll it.
