Instructions
Knead a soft dough by adding water gradually to wheat flour. Make small balls. Cover and let them rest.
Boil potatoes.Peel and mash them.
Add chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt and coriander leaves
Mix well so that no lumps remain.
Roll the dough balls
Place potato filling in the centre. Bring the edges of the paratha together and seal it gently
Roll them gently into round parathas.
Heat a pan and cook the parathas on both sides with a spoonful of ghee.
Serve hot with chutney or curd.
