Instructions
Prepare marinade by whisking all the spices, curd and oil.
Mix marinade with chicken
Set to marinate for 20-30 minutes
Skewer the chicken pieces.
Roast for 10 minutes.
Remove and baste with butter or oil
Turn and roast for 10 minutes. Baste with some more melted butter
Remove from the oven once the edges are slightly charred
Serve with naan and mint yoghurt chutney or as is, as an appetizer.
