Instructions
In a pan melt 20 grams of butter, with olive oil
Add finely chopped garlic and chili flakes
Add mushrooms, salt, turmeric powder.
Saute on low flame, you will notice mushrooms start leaving water.
Keep on high flame until all the water evaporates.
Add cheddar cheese and sprinkle oregano. Combine melted cheese with mushrooms. Switch off the flame.
Juicy, succulent garlic butter mushrooms are ready in less than 10 minutes
