Instructions
Chicken Grill
Place chicken on a large bowl add all ingredients except oil.
Drizzle oil on a pan and shallow fry the chicken.
Stir Fry Vegetables
Cut onion and capsicum. I used red and green capsicum as it looks appealing.
Stir-fry the vegetables along with chopped garlic. add black pepper, lemon juice and salt
Salsa
Cut tomatoes, onion, capsicum into small cubes. Add minced garlic, jalapeno, parsley.
Finally mix in salt, cumin powder, lemon juice
Tortilla
Heat tortilla bread with some butter added to it.
Assemble
Place Chicken over tortilla bread. Put a spoonful of salsa, grated mozzarella cheese, followed by chili sauce and mayonnaise.
Baby carrots Stir Fry - Healthy accompainment
Stir fry baby carrots. You can cover and cook in low flame for about 10 minutes
When the carrots are done sprinkle some oregano and black pepper. Add lemon juice and salt
