Instructions
In Idli batter combine diced onion and finely chopped curry leaves
Crush ginger, cumin seeds and green chilly.
Combine with the batter. Add salt
Season kuzhi paniyaram pan / gulgulae pan with oil and pour the batter mix.
Cook for 5 minutes on each side , add butter or ghee before flipping.
Serve hot with chutney.
