Instructions
Slice chicken into thin long strips.
In a bowl whisk together oil, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt. Add chicken and allow to marinate atleast for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan, cook and stir chicken until no longer pink for around 8 minutes.
Add capsicum, carrots and onion. Stir on high flame for a minute.
Switch off the flame and add cheese and chopped parsley.
Top each tortilla with a layer of lettuce, tomatoes and arrange ½ cup of chicken, vegetable mixture over it.
Roll the tortillas and cook on panini press or on a pan on stovetop until slightly brown.
You can wrap sandwiches in different ways.
