Instructions
In a large bowl, combine together milk powder and milk
Melt ghee in a pan, tip in the combined mixture.
Cook on a medium flame, stirring continuosly.
Once the mixture becomes thick add saffron strands, sugar followed by lime juice.
Keep on low flame and continue to stir till the dough begins to come away from the sides.
Now add cardamom powder combine well with a spatula.
Transfer to a greased plate, press to smoothen the surface. garnish with nuts.
Let the burfi cool completely. Cut into pieces.
