Instructions
Coarse grind or chop all the nuts except seasame seeds and poppy seeds.
Heat ghee and roast all the nuts. Separately roast poppy seeds and sesame seeds.
Finely chop or coarse grind figs and dates.
Heat ghee and add figs and dates. Fry for few minutes until they become soft and mushy. Smash with a spatula.
Add nuts and mix well for 5 minutes. Then switch off the flame.
Place butter paper on a plate and transfer the burfi to the plate.
Garnish with seasame seeds, poppy seeds.
Cut into desired shape when it sets completely.
