Jini Dosa : A Delicious Twist on the Classic South Indian Dish

Jini Dosa : A Delicious Twist on the Classic South Indian Dish

Jini dosa is a popular street food from Mumbai that is crispy, spicy, sour, and sweet, with a burst of crunchy vegetables. It’s an Indian variation of Italian pizza, and it’s an extended version of masala dosa. In this recipe, I will show you how to make a delicious Jini dosa at home with simple ingredients.

Jini dosa is a delicious fusion of South Indian cuisine and street food from Mumbai. It’s a perfect breakfast or snack, and it’s easy to make at home. Remember to chop your vegetables finely and keep the stuffing mixture moist to prevent burning. You can skip the cheese if you prefer or sprinkle it after rolling the dosa.
