If you’re looking for a quick and easy dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth, look no further than Milk Burfi with milk powder! With just five main ingredients and a maximum of 30 minutes of prep time, you can create an amazing dessert that will have your taste buds dancing with delight.
Burfi, which translates to “icy,” gets its name from the Hindi/Urdu word for ice, “burf.” Traditionally, burfi is made from khoya or mawa, which are milk solids. However, in this recipe, we’ll be using milk powder for convenience.
There are many different types of burfis, including Almond Burfi, Figs Burfi, Coconut Burfi, and Ginger Burfi. Saffron is optional in this recipe, but it adds a wonderful flavor and aroma to the dessert. Lime juice also gives the burfi a crumbly texture, which makes it even more delicious.
That’s it! Your Milk Burfi with milk powder is ready to serve. This dessert is perfect for special occasions or whenever you’re in the mood for something sweet. It’s also a great gift for friends and family. Give it a try and let us know how it turns out!
